1. Who we are

Index Peptides is a UK-based supplier of research-use-only materials, operating through this website. Index Peptides is a trading name of SORVA GROUP LTD, registered in England & Wales. Company No. 17403792. Registered office: Lytchett House, 13 Freeland Park, Wareham Road, Poole, Dorset, BH16 6FA, United Kingdom. Published batch records show each lot's HPLC purity result and state when no LC-MS identity result has been published, and every order is dispatched from the United Kingdom.

2. Eligibility

Products are sold exclusively to qualified researchers and licensed laboratories. You must be at least 18 years old and a qualified researcher, or ordering on behalf of a licensed laboratory, to place an order.

By ordering you confirm you meet these conditions and that the products are for research use only.

3. Research use only

All products are supplied strictly as research chemicals for in-vitro laboratory research. They are not for human or veterinary use.

You are solely responsible for handling, storing, using, and disposing of products lawfully and safely, and for any use you make of them.

4. Product information and enquiries

We only answer questions about specifications, documentation and orders. Product information is technical documentation for research purposes only.

5. Orders and acceptance

Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed only when we confirm dispatch. We may decline or cancel any order — for example where eligibility is not met, stock is unavailable, a pricing error has occurred, or where we believe the order is not for legitimate research use.

6. Pricing and payment

Prices are shown in GBP and may change. Available payment methods are shown at checkout and may include Pay by Bank, card, and cryptocurrency. Pay by Bank is initiated through Wallid and its FCA-authorised payment partner, Yapily Connect, and approved in your own banking app; we do not receive or store your online-banking login credentials. Discount codes are subject to their own conditions and may be withdrawn at any time.

7. Resale and onward supply

You may not resell, re-label, or supply any product for human or veterinary use, or present it as a consumer product.

8. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss arising from misuse of products, use outside research, or failure to follow safe-handling and storage practice. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and disputes are subject to the courts of England and Wales. Your statutory consumer rights are not affected.
