30-day returns

If you change your mind, return any item within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. The item must be unopened and unused, with its seal and vial label intact, so that we can be certain of its integrity. Email orders@indexpeptides.uk with your order reference and we will confirm the return address.

These are sealed research materials. Our 30-day change-of-mind offer applies to unopened, unused items with their seals intact. Opened materials cannot be resold. This does not limit your statutory rights, including your rights if an item is faulty or not as described.

Return method & postage

Email orders@indexpeptides.uk before posting a return. We will confirm the return address and suitable postal or courier arrangements for the research materials involved. Do not send a parcel to our contact address or registered office unless we have confirmed it as the return address.

For change-of-mind returns, you pay the return postage. If an item is damaged, faulty, or incorrect, we cover the necessary return postage and will arrange the return or explain how it will be reimbursed. We do not charge a restocking or return administration fee.

Keep the vial sealed where possible, retain its label and original protective packaging, and keep proof of postage. Tell us about any damaged or leaking container before sending it so we can agree suitable arrangements.

Damaged, faulty, or incorrect items

If an item arrives damaged, faulty, or is not what you ordered, contact us as soon as you discover the issue at orders@indexpeptides.uk with your order reference and photos. We will arrange a replacement or refund. This applies whether or not the item has been opened.

Cancellation

You may cancel an order at any time before it is dispatched for a full refund.

How refunds are made

Approved refunds are returned using an appropriate secure payment method, normally within 14 days of us receiving the returned item or agreeing the refund. We may ask you to confirm the details needed to return the funds.
