30-day returns

If you change your mind, return any item within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. The item must be unopened and unused, with its seal and vial label intact, so that we can be certain of its integrity. Email orders@indexpeptides.uk with your order reference and we will confirm the return address.

Because these are sterile research materials, an item whose seal has been broken cannot be returned unless it is faulty — once a vial is opened its integrity can no longer be certified, and it can never be resold. This is the only exclusion.

Damaged, faulty, or incorrect items

If an item arrives damaged, faulty, or is not what you ordered, contact us within 14 days of delivery at orders@indexpeptides.uk with your order reference and photos. We will arrange a replacement or refund. This applies whether or not the item has been opened.

Cancellation

You may cancel an order at any time before it is dispatched for a full refund.

How refunds are made

Approved refunds are returned using an appropriate secure payment method, normally within 14 days of us receiving the returned item or agreeing the refund. We may ask you to confirm the details needed to return the funds.
