Processing & dispatch

Paid, in-stock orders received on business days are dispatched the same day following documentation checks; orders received after the 4pm cut-off are collected the next working day. You'll receive an email when your order is on its way.

Delivery

UK customers can choose Royal Mail Tracked 48 (usually 2–3 working days) or DPD Next Day (next working day). Tracked 48 is free when the discounted product total is £30 or more (otherwise £3.65). DPD Next Day is £5.45, and free when the discounted product total is £50 or more. We also ship worldwide; international delivery timescales depend on the destination and carrier.

Delivery timescales are estimates and can vary with the carrier, customs, and your location.

Shipping Protection

Shipping Protection is an optional £6.00 add-on you can choose at checkout. If a protected parcel is confirmed lost by the carrier, arrives damaged, or is seized by customs or border authorities, we reship your order or refund it in full — email us with your order reference and it's sorted, with no claims process.

Shipping Protection does not cover carrier delays, customs charges or import duties, or loss caused by an incorrect delivery address. Import rules and any customs charges in your country remain your responsibility — but if the border keeps a protected parcel anyway, you're covered.
