Processing & dispatch

Paid, in-stock orders received on business days are dispatched the same day; orders received after the 4pm cut-off are collected the next working day. You'll receive an email when your order is on its way.

Delivery

UK orders are delivered by DPD Next Day, usually the next working day after dispatch. Delivery is free on product subtotals of £14 or more and £4.99 below that. The threshold is calculated before discount codes or store credit are applied, excluding delivery charges and optional Shipping Protection.

Northern Ireland (BT postcodes) gets the same free DPD delivery over £14, usually 1–2 working days after dispatch.

Customers in the Republic of Ireland can choose DPD (£7.50, usually 1–2 working days after dispatch, free on product subtotals of £50 or more) or Royal Mail International Tracked. Any customs charges in Ireland are the customer's responsibility.

We also ship worldwide; international delivery timescales depend on the destination and carrier.

Shipping Protection

Shipping Protection is an optional £6.00 add-on you can choose at checkout. If a protected parcel is confirmed lost by the carrier, arrives damaged, or is seized by customs or border authorities, we reship your order or refund it in full — email us with your order reference and it's sorted, with no claims process.

Shipping Protection does not cover carrier delays, customs charges or import duties, or loss caused by an incorrect delivery address. Import rules and any customs charges in your country remain your responsibility — but if the border keeps a protected parcel anyway, you're covered.
