CJC-1295 + Ipamorelin 10mg

£34.99 per vial · Growth hormone · Research use only

CJC-1295 + Ipamorelin blend, 10mg per vial — two synthetic research peptides co-formulated in one vial: CJC-1295 (without DAC / modified GRF 1-29, a growth-hormone-releasing-factor analogue) and Ipamorelin (a pentapeptide growth-hormone secretagogue, CAS 170851-70-4), supplied lyophilised for in-vitro laboratory research. HPLC purity and LC-MS identity verified per batch, with the COA available on request. UK dispatch.

CJC-1295 + Ipamorelin in research

Two secretagogues of different classes share this 10mg vial in equal masses: 5mg of CJC-1295 without DAC — the modified GRF(1–29) chain, a releasing-factor analogue — and 5mg of ipamorelin, a ghrelin-receptor pentapeptide. Equal by mass is nowhere near equal by mole. At roughly 3.4 kDa against 711.9 g/mol, the CJC-1295 component contributes about one molecule for every five of ipamorelin, so converting the label into a molar concentration needs both molecular weights and not the blend total. The pairing appears in the literature because the two components act through separate receptors, which is what makes the combination worth studying rather than redundant. Blend lots carry a certificate covering both components.

Frequently asked questions

Which CJC-1295 is in the blend — with or without DAC?

Without DAC. The blend uses modified GRF(1–29), the 29-residue chain with no maleimidopropionyl lysine attached. The DAC form is listed separately as CJD2 and is a different compound with its own registry number and a higher mass.

Is the 5mg to 5mg split equimolar?

No. The components are matched by mass, and their molecular weights differ by roughly a factor of five, so ipamorelin contributes around five times as many molecules as the CJC-1295 component. A molar calculation has to be done component by component.

Why are the two supplied together?

They act at two different receptors — a growth-hormone-releasing-factor receptor and the ghrelin receptor GHS-R1a — which is why the pairing appears in the literature as a combination rather than a duplication. Index Peptides supplies the blend as a research material and makes no claim about any application of it.

Documentation & batch verification

CJC-1295 + Ipamorelin is analysed per batch: RP-HPLC for purity and LC-MS for identity, with the certificate of analysis available on request. Each released lot number is checkable on our batch verification page, and our documentation standards set out exactly what is reviewed before a product is listed.
